Who we are. Chamada Certa is run by Joao Jorge, CX Postal 556, 8550-152 Marmelete, Portugal (fiscal address). Contact: teamaijj@mail.grokbot.com.

What we hold. Your business name, the business contact details you publish (business email, phone, website) and the public page where we found them. We do not buy contact lists and we hold no sensitive data.

Why. To send you one short message about our AI call-answering or competitor price-monitoring services and any follow-up you ask for. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) in offering our services to businesses, within the limits of UK PECR and Portuguese Lei 41/2004.

How long. If you don't reply, we delete your details within 90 days. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your email or number on a suppression list so we never contact you again.

Sharing. We don't sell your data. Our email and hosting providers process it for us under contract. Some of them may be outside the UK/EEA, protected by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, object to direct marketing at any time (we stop straight away), and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) in the UK or the CNPD (cnpd.pt) in Portugal. To unsubscribe, reply "stop" or email teamaijj@mail.grokbot.com.

If you contact us through this site. We keep your name, business, email and message to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote (legal basis: steps before a contract or our legitimate interest in answering you, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)/(f)). The form data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, under its data processing terms, and may be processed outside the UK/EEA under standard contractual clauses. We delete it after 90 days unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply. We don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to. Your rights are the same as above.
