- A simple message you send to all your customers alike – happy or not. We never filter who gets asked.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your domain stays yours — registered in your name, or the one you already have. If you leave, you keep it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans have no minimum term: just give us 30 days' notice by email. Yearly plans are paid upfront at 10 times the monthly price (2 months free), run for 12 months and renew only if you ask. Unused months on a yearly plan aren't refunded. Either way, you keep your domain and we hand over your site files.
How do you handle personal data (GDPR)?
We only use personal data as described in our privacy notice. For example, details you send through the contact form are used to reply to you and are deleted after 90 days unless you become a customer.
Does the AI quote prices or confirm bookings?
No. It never quotes prices or confirms bookings on its own. A person on your team always makes the final call.
